Today I`m heading to town. should have the petty cash check my sister sent me in the mail. AQ little birdy told me to expect my share to be around 35 k. It will be banked and I`ll pay a couple bills I couldn`t get done on Friday. Then I`m going to lunch and then to the range to shoot with my son. Don`t really need much in the way of supplies but I`m going to stock up on a few things. Tomorrow looks like a work day. I`ve got to work on the motorhome`s roof as rain is coming again later this month. I need to weed the greenhouses and then there`s trimming. I may decide to outsource that and look around for some soil amendments and ferts for the next crop. I`m not sure yet but it does need to get done soon. Thinking I need to go for new glasses and some dental work and maybe do some more work on the Blazer and truck. Could use a new water pump or two and may look into a diesel generator, I also should put the light tower, heaters, and maybe the Lister generator up for sale. along with a few other items I`ve had in storage for some time. I should contact a different outfit to get an idea what it will cost to survey the property. This time I`m going to ask for a time limit for completion. Once I have a survey done I can see what I`m in for and make better plans on the property. I need to know where the sun is and where to put the pad , well and septic. I`m not sure if I will have the property logged, cleared, or do the work myself. I don`t know if I should buy a tractor or rent one if I do the work myself. I`ll need some helpers to cut firewood and help clear up the mess if I do decide to clear the land myself. Like to maybe hire some help and if I can keep them on part time ,maybe work some kind of a deal to rent a second pad for an RV and let them grow a garden. I got several offers for around 20-25 k last time I looked into renting the property for a season. Thing is I`m going to end up in much better shape after this year, but not looking foreword to all the hassle. Still lots needs to get done !
