so i messed up a little on my super soil. i added way to much water to the soil before letting it cook which can be very very bad if u dont catch it(bad bacteria grows not good). i watered them in with about 8 gallons each and really i should have just made the soil moist. so ive been turning the soil every few days to evenly dry it out, thats a pain in the ass since its in 100gal
smart pots, so the cooking took a little longer to activate due to the waterlogged soil and cold weather initially. but i went this morning and had steam and heat building in the center of soil, finally got some life going on.
i didnt realize how little info there is on super soil.. u can find all kinds of mixtures and videos on how to mix but thats about it. look more into actual composting to understand it better if anyone else has had trouble like i did finding info, its considered a "hot compost". i need to by teaming with microbes but i study so much for work and having a little one, i dont think i would pick it up very often
