@GNick55 , do you always weight for your plants to show signs of needing water before you give it to them? I don't do this and am wondering if maybe I should.
it’s definitely that i’m getting slower as i get older,. no reason,. i just felt i should go and check on them as it’s been hot and im glad i did,., my indoor plants totally needed to be watered today,. fuck it do it tomorrow morning haha,.. seems like all i do now is water plants

Yup. 3-4 x's a day for me in coco. I can't say fuck it I'll water tomorrow morning😉
Im baffled at how the area where you live can influence watering so much. 3 times per day? Oh my God. I had to swap to coco in my small indoors because the pots would never ever dry and still with pure coco and perlite I only water 2-3 times per week, and its small fabric pots, they should dry quick. Needless to say I live in a humid area, next to a river enclosed by mountains. Right now we are at 90% RH

Its not raining btw but its cloudy, but even in hot summer days the humidity is around 70%-80% outside.

If you're growing in coco and using hydro nutes you should be fertigating 3 x's a day with 10% run off. I've got 55 gallon drums and pumps and timers and can do it automatically but right now I'm growing a bunch of strawberries in there and they take a way different mix. As soon as we start talking seriously about running away to the mountains for a few days I'll have to set it up but

if you were to fetigate your plants in coco 3 x's a day the growth rate would knock your socks off😉

Trust me if I do 3 times per day I will just be moping runoff all day hahaha. Its a small indoors with only a 75W LED bulb, very different from your set up Im pretty sure. I will try to water them more often even if it seems wet, maybe like once per day and see what happens, thanks for the suggestion! This month I will upgrade it to a bigger indoors though so its my last run with coco, not as big as my main one but I will be able to put 5gal pots with 2x150W panels, and for that purpose I much prefeer soil. Its true that they grow faster in coco but they also dont grow as big and I like few big plants rather than more but smaller plants. Of course this is a generalization, Im not saying you cant grow a bigger plant in coco than in soil but all I seen from my grows and my friend's grows seems to indicate that, with coco its faster but theyre smaller. Doesnt mean less production, doing SOG with clones in hydro is waaay more productive and faster than what I do but I like this method more, less work and I get to play around with my soil.

Have you ever used ISO on earwigs? I have an infestation in my zinnias and snapdragons and some have been sleeping in the tops of my weed plants.
I have tried the traps and newspaper but there are sooooo many.
I went out last night with a flashlight and caught them and an asiatic beetle munching.

i feel 50% strength probably wouldn’t harm any if much,, but if people are going to give this advice than make sure to include covering your medium/root zone before spraying,..

Thanks! I'll give it a try tonight in a small area first. I'm going to just lightly spray the flowers and leaves without too much runoff.
