Bumps on stems at nodes?? Hermaphrodite??

Beginner grower here. Are these bumps on the stems normal? Or is this plant becoming a hermaphrodite? Only this plant has these. All other plants are looking great.

It does not mean it's maler hermie, those bumps occassionally show up, but in my eperience they don't cause any problems.

Lol. I don't know if that's a good idea. It might cause more damage than good. But it does look like a gel sack. Weird.

I believe there's a name for them, but I can't remember what it is. They're harmless.

Someone had something like these on either the skunk thread or the landrace thread. One or two of my northern lights 5 had knuckles at the stem. On those it was was like a reinforcement ring at the stem to keep from breaking. Genetic altering or natural I don’t know. Your thing is appearing to bulge not wrap. I want to see what happens when you poke it.
