125w cfl vs. 110w starlite digital

which of these will produce less heat? Planning on using one for seedlings/clones and mothers. Area 40 x 60 with 70cm height passive in and out. I can provide links for the exact lights if needed the cfl i am intrested in is supplied with a closed end reflector

Can't say about the 125w CFL, but the 110w starlite will be 2x55w long tubes - which imho dissipate heat better because they're longer (as opposed to the chunk of wrapped fluoro that is CFL). I veg all mine under 110w and they love it....I don't bother with MH anymore. Also I reckon the spread of light is better with 55w tubes....
