Oh fuck blazer that one hurts even more lol.i had to cancel my montana elk trip this year because my mom got sick with cancer but im def going next year or the year after that .so this season i hunted whitetails with a 1500.00 gun/scope combo that i bought for out west.prolly best i never saw the bigboy cause i woulda prolly shot his leg off haha.but yeah i spent close to 4 grand on equipment,lodging,and hunting licenses although they did refund most of my hotel shit and half of the 1000 elk and mule deer combo tag so im only down 2 grand.but im ready for it now lol.

Damn blazer I miss living out west the mitten is nice but the scenery out west can't be beat. That buck came from my friends property near Cadillac, he was pissed. Shot out of his stand about 20 min after light in the morning. He's been hunting there for about 15 years and hasn't shot anything that nice. I came up for one morning sat for about an hour. He shot a really nice 10 point last year out of one of my river bottom stands on our property in sw MI so now we're even. He heard the shot and sent me a text asking if it was me, told him I shot a nice doe then about 20 min later sent him the pic. No congratulations no nice buck he responded with fuck you asshole.

Moms doin chemo now hangin in there like a trooper so far.gunna try surgery again after the new year we hope.wife just went through the same shit and been cancer free well over a year now.so my moms got a good chemo coach.

You know I'm not sure my bro kept a leg and backstrap sent the rest to get processed and lost quite a bit of meat due to the warm weather the hunt was beginning of October, but still filled have a small chest freezer! Never weighed it, processor ended up not charging me cause of the wait so never got an idea how much(Lbs) meat was processed!
