18" Vortex fans are terrible! Any other ideas?

I picked up 4 of these and they are the worst purchase ever, The airflow is one existent part from the sides and when three of them are turned above 1 (out of 3) they shake violently. I checked the screws and I think they are all out of balance, But even so, shouldn't they be giving some airflow even at 1?

Any other recommendations for air circulation fans? Maybe spend some extra £££ and get some floor-mounted ones which can also be wall mounted? Honestly, these give less airflow than the clip-on 9" tent fans.

16” box or oscillating fan. Cheap and move a lot of air. I hang a box fan, all my much more expensive clip on fans, well I guess I really should pick them off of the floor, someday.
