I've not tried it, but I've heard some growers change the light to 11/13 toward the end of flowering. The idea is that increasing darkness mimics the fall season. The current science is conclusive that it's the duration of darkness that is most influential in triggering flowering.
Found my best results to taper down from 13 down to 11 sometimes as low as 10 hrs of lights on, depending on strain. But if I stick with just 1 for perpetual grow, it's 11 on 13 off. Just my preference, where I feel I get the best results.
