@budsofgeorgia I think You were on to it in your 1st comments suspecting hot soil, Soil/Coco might be Hot! When Plants are nutrient burned you will have roots/leaves that die-off, as the plants go into repair mode they are easily burned by light pressure, they will then display several issues that will have you (us) scratching our heads. (one of my early hard lessons with coco - true story incoming) Years ago I had a pile of used Coco in the back yard about 4 ft tall, it had accumulated over about a 3 year period, had been rained on many times, I tried to reuse it, it burnt the hell out of 5 or 6 late veggers I transplanted into it (my plants went thru all kinds of toxicities after about 5 waterings, I was scratching my head pretty hard? What I realized is even though the coco was rained and dried out, the coco fiber held onto the nutrients, and as soon as I watered several times the nutrients re-emulsified...after the plants looked ravaged i did run-off testing, my Hanna only reads to 2000ppm and it just kept blinking ""2000ppm"", that means the meter was pegged....(re-amended soil could have the same affect) sometimes you gotta follow your guts Georgia, you said it at the beginning of your post...? also by deductive reasoning what did you do differently?, Ive seen you have really good grows on this forum (i always watch bud porn) so you do know what your doing!.... Id recommend a transplant into good/fresh soil/coco... water only for the 1st couple.... good luck my'dude!
