Got some more stickers for my tent. I actually went out and then I decided naw dude naw...
but I got some free stickers entered a couple raffles and met a couple peeps. It was a bust I'd say. I'm used to get together in l.a. ig cuz there was hardly anyone there it was boring. ah well. Pics later of pineapple and gelato.

My germ kit is a little messy but I've got babies!
M3- wtf? This thing will just not die.
M2- already getting next set of leaves.
M1- no germ.
Og5- cotys opening
Og4- cotys opening really well.
Og3- no germ
Og2- no germ
M4(bb)-will be transplanted to soil tomorrow if all goes well
Og1- starting to root still has shell on
Special sauce- taking root shell still on

I think they would've all sprouted if I had just done the rockwool.

Pros and cons to the rockwool
you can totally see it growing(ilove watching )
If the seed is viable it'll grow
Ugh rockwool
I don't let them actually grow in the rockwool because once it starts rooting in it it's a bitch when transplanting(I found this out with a clone!)
You have to transplant(I hate transplanting and prefer to do as little as possible to prevent stress and also I hate transplanting)
You have to keep it moist..rockwool will dry out fast on ya!
So yea I don't recommend it.
But I like it personally and will prob start all my seeds like I did. Success rate is better
Every seed I put in rockwool sprouted. That's enough proof for me.

Thank you bilber! the special sauce is from you! I might have to remove the shell tho. More surgery!

Honestly idk how you guys do like more than 5 plants and keep track of this shit. I have 4 pages of notes already and they just sprouted!

Germ kit notes:
Now that the seeds have sprouted have been having a little trouble with keeping humidity at seedling level so I put a fan on one side and voila! Humidity level good!

Planning on getting a small computer fan for the germ kit.

As you can see if I don't have the fan on the kit the humidity gets up in the 80s. Turned the fan back on. I wish it was an auto fan that I could set up where like it would go on when a certain temp or humidity hit. I need someone to make this.

Awesome.....I quit taking notes.....so much writing....I felt trapped....like I had to write about everything......I use this site for my journal and pics.....I did use my grow journal when I was figuring out ec ppm and ph.....yeah....rockwool and pellets....I've tried the pellets or pucks, but I quickly found out that I should just stay away from those things.......they look great! And seriously, having a few plants is pretty easy.....for me, I want backups for the backups and since I'm at it, I'll get another justincase that one gets bitchy....

Damn, nice. I'm the same way with the herps. Designed and built award-winning terrariums and vivariums. I've bred tree frogs, snakes, and many aquarium fish. That was another lifetime ago and the only fish I keep today are Gambusia affinnis, the misquito eater

these days the only herps are wild. We do have a few here...

There also Alligator lizards and 3 lined Skinks. And we got these bastards

who dig up and eat my plants

When I hear these guys howl I know it's padt my bedtime

But my all time favorites are the dancing Mantis

I believe it's a defence mechanism as if it's a leaf in the breeze. Love watching these insects.

We've also got bunnies and of course hawks, rats and mice and many cool and dangerous insects like Tarantula hawks. I'm outta room for pics here, if it's still 10? so...

All that just to say "Good Morning" and now it's almost noon here
