Has anyone in Northern States, used Wall-O-Waters on their cannabis?

Years ago I used to use these on my tomato plants and got tomatoes 2 weeks earlier than the neighbors.
I'm in Southeast Michigan and wondered if there is any benefit to using them on my cannabis plants?
I remember mine were clear, don't know why these are blue.
