So this may be a dumb question, but anything you should do different when LSTing an autoflower? Do you need to stop at flowering?

I think with AF's it slows em down.. I'm giving it a try right now.
I waited until they were 15 or more inches tall and gave em on tie down.. I'll let you know how that works.

I just finished up my first go with an auto—DNA's 60 Day Wonder, and found that LSTing substantially increased the yield on my taller phenotypes. The reason for this is that these strains generally grow in the classic indica format of one main cola and lesser producing side branches. I found that by LSTing the taller girls so that the main cola was level with the rest of the canopy drastically improved my yields. At this point I should note that I was also using CFLs (278w total) and did this to maximize light penetration. In the end I was able to take the main colas off around 63 days and let the rest bulk up (and it did) until it was reaped at ~68-70 days.

So to answer your question—yes, IMHO.
