Need Help With Seedling

This guy got to this height in about 6 days. But it hasn't grown any further and this morning I noticed a white pussy thing on the leaf. Anybody have any idea what's causing this?

How close is your light ? Are you using led?

I'm guessing light burn or water droplet/light burn.

I don't think so. I'm experimenting with a Miracle Grow AeroGarden to see if it's a better way to make seedlings. The light isn't overpowering and it's 10 in. away. One problem is they use "sponges" which tends to stay very wet. So I've been raising them above the water to dry things out, but it spent a good 2 days soaked. Funny though I have 2 tomato seedlings and they're outgrowing it by 2X.
