Soil for growing a Maryjane seedling

So I am brand new to this and I bought happy frog. In ocean forest, can I start my seedling in that or will I need another soil

that’ll be fine,
are you just planting the seed in the cup?
if so get all the soil wet first before planting,. as watering after can sink the seed further down if your not careful,..
that one watering should be enough to get it to pop before needing another watering,.

I was reading reviews and lot of people sad don't start out in happy frog but i have no clue why
