Is it OK?

Food grade 304 I think but need to check

I know Copper should be avoided and I wouldn't put aluminum anywhere close

I hope it is given my extensive use of it

Of course 304 SS is ok to use. Expensive. What’s wrong with using copper?

I would also like to know what issue copper would cause?
Copper has been used for water lines for all sorts of things for many years, including irrigation lines.

Is this for an indoor or outdoor garden?

There's many options depending on what your project involves.

Pex and Sharkbites make running water lines easy.

Netafim is also a great choice for irrigation lines for both indoor and outdoor projects as well.

Copper can react with a reservoir it's not normally a problem because exposure is low, fitting's are small

But don't run your feed lines with copper pipe for sure

Copper was never even considered for my application and I already bought the fittings

They didn't cost that much from China

I was certain stainless food grade was fine I thought though it never hurts to ask

You’re good. Not tracking on the Cu/reservoir chemistry.
