For those wanting to get real technical with their soil grow, there are Bluetooth Monitor's that you stick into your pots/beds that allow you to remotely monitor your soil conditions. They just need to come up with ones that are much less expensive and can be buried at your chosen depth for the duration of the grow, and they would sell like hot-cakes to those into technical soil growing.
