Trouble setting this infinity VPD humidifier up

Just recently bought this, I want to set the humidity to 63% but it will bring humidity from 56% to 87% and won't stop. All buttons show the lock popup. Any help would be insanely appreciated.

I have a T3, but use mine with the Controller 69 Pro, not the humidifier's control panel.

My first thought was to wonder if you have the sensor installed.

Thank you I fixed it! If it's alright to ask, how do I program it to automatically hold 63 degrees. The programming on this is so weird and foreign to me.
