buddy got a bag seed of sativa so i thought i'd give it a shot.
i live on southern vancouver island so no chance of it finishing outdoors and not going to do 12/12 indoors for 14+ weeks.
i will be flipping to 12/12 around early august with next crop.
i think the days start getting shorter in late june here.
should i start indoors now and put outdoors or start outdoors and put indoors when i switch to 12/12 with next grow?
and how would i get rid of outdoor bugs before i brought indoors? or could i?
hope this ramble makes sense to somebody, lol

I would keep it outside as long as possible, then bring it in to finish. I live in Colorado where we frequently get early winter storms, etc. This is what I do to finish up pure sativas and such. The longer they're out in the cold, the less chance of bringing bugs into your room. These plants can take quite a beating, too. You just have to pay close attention to the weather, bring them in just before overnight temps start dropping below 32F or before first major snowfall. Cover them at night to avoid frost damage.
