I posted it before and it needs to be posted again. If at all possible, do not install ac condensers on the roof of your warehouse. You can most likely get away with one unit with preapproval (and the inevitable Q&A of why you need to install an AC) of the landlord/prop manager.
Yes, I know putting the condenser units indoor sucks. Yes, I know it's far from ideal.
If there's an inspection of the outside of the property (due to refinancing), the inspector will notify the owner if something looks strange.. say, 6 ac condensers for one unit.
A friend of a friend of a friend had to take the condenser down for 24 hours and then reinstall it right afterwards because of the inspection.
