White On My Stem

Hey guys can you help me out I've been treating this like it's PM but it just keeps reappearing. Is it just stubborn or is it something else? it looks like the stem is drying out or something. I can't rub it off or anything. also growth has almost completely stopped. it's leaves stand up towards light and looks healthy but no growth.

That yellow leaf is the only one that is yellow on the whole plant rest is green

Are you sure it's PM because tiny lil trichs can cover the stem and petioles as well.

Yeah... and I don't see anything wrong with that plant, like, AT ALL. Could it be trichomes?

My phone camera Isn't high enough quality to show it really but there is white discoloration like the plant is drying out right there where the yellowing leaf is. I know what trichromes look like.

Ok, I think I see what you're talking about. As it's on the stem the way it is, I'm leaning towards another type of fungus rather than PM. I'd be spraying H2O2 onto that and looking into fungal treatments.
