Trying to keep these photo period accapolco gold under 5 feet, is it to late to top one more time? Growing in coastal British Columbia not sure when they will switch to flowering

As long as you haven't started flowering, I see no reason you can't keep topping them.

Sure you can. I’d say you got 5 or more weeks before you’ll start flowering at that latitude.
