Maybe you're referring to the plant in the tent and not the ones outdoors that are the subject of the OP? That one still has quite a few white pistils, it just keeps pumping them out. The ones outside had a couple, but very few. And I checked trichomes on buds from top, Middle and bottom and they all had about the same amount of amber, probably around 20% on average, so they've been harvested. I did find one small cluster of 8 seeds when trimming so it managed to pollinate itself a little, probably due to the stress of moving from indoors and a 6/2 light schedule, to outdoors at 8 weeks of age.
