What are these black things inside the flowering part?

May I ask your opinion about these darker things growing inside the flowers please?
Plant is a purple bud feminised, growing indoor

Really? So it is not something terrible or seeds or because of mistakes?
May you please reformulate the word "allsprts" ? I did not find the meaning online, unless, was it "all sorts" ?
