Apparently the Governor of the Commonwealth of Pensilvania is in full support for the legalization of medical marijuana in Pennsylvania. Senate Bill # 3 passed the Senate and is now on its way to the House floor. It could be as early as the 16th. Of March ....keeping my fingers crossed yay Governor Wolf. Now to scratch up $50 K ....so should I be a grower or try for a dispensary?

- Conditions including post-traumatic stress disorder, chronic pain, HIV, epilepsy and several others were included in Marsico's amendment, which cleared 152-38. That amendment passing was "huge," according to Rep. Kevin Schreiber, D-York. "That demonstrates the support for final passage," Schreiber said.
- There is no limit as to how much tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, can be in medical marijuana, as the bill stands now. Marsico's amendment had a suggested 10 percent cap, but a separate amendment passed 97-91 to remove the cap.
- Up to 150 dispensaries in Pennsylvania could offer marijuana, based on amendments approved Monday. Those would be regulated by the state's Department of Health.
