Reversing back seeds that have been bread with a auto flower dad and photo mom

Hello I’m newer to breeding. Been growing but I want to take one my auto flowers and one my photos and breed them I know I need the auto to be a male and the photo to be female but after I get them seeds how to I reverse them to make sure there all feminized and auto flowers ?
