Not alot going on with my grow. The 9 autos still looking like they did 2wks ago, blame it on me and going outdoors with them in the cool weather they stalled. Now it's a wait and see if they can turn the corner on the rough start. I've given them plenty of recovery care now it's up to the warm weeks predicted ahead. Then there's the photoperiods abit droopy they seem to have given the " finger " to the 40 degree morning temps also. Got those 2 small Slurricanes do OK blooming hard telling when they'll show more ripening an plumping no one likes cool wet days for very long. It's the PNW it will throw you a snow/hail storm in July but i sure hope not LOL.
The snapdragons on the right side of the pic... did you start those from seed? If so, what brand, variety? Thanks
Our neighbor's garage faces our patio so I usually plant tall zinnias as a screen, but I'd like to add another flower too and I LOVE snapdragons.

Oh, and your weed plants look good too! LOL

Update on the photoperiods 🧚‍♀️ pic 1 3 blueberry muffins i'm pulling an tying also thinning. I doubt these will get over 5ft in fact most of all my photos won't go over 5ft i think? Anyhoo next up in 2nd pic sittin at 24" is white widow x purple kush i do believe i may clone her later down the road so tempting she's really got great structure so different from clones i took off slurricane an blueberry M. She so bowlegged on the lower branches really funny but those stick out an naturally bow upwards. Last 3 pics are the flowering slurricanes there's very little spaces between nodes very tight an stiff. I've tried to get into the colas an snip out leaf man oh man same as the mom she was thick suger leaf just trimmed best i can. These flowering ones are still getting bloom fed and drinking well one more than the other later in flower. She's smaller but really dark green, other is alot taller by 7" lighter green. Anyhow i can't say how much longer but i sure could use it as i'm buying from my local shop and i hate that but i'm a lover of the plant so i go shopping🤷‍♀️ Thanks for stopping by, hope all your weather woes calm down.

No i did a plant exchange with neighbors who grow flowers bet they did from seed. I got really tall batcholor buttons that are blue over 4ft tall and i threw a big sack of mixed annual & perenial flower seeds out there in those brick beds last summer. What a show they put on just crazy chaos garden havic. Just beautiful. Now i'm collecting seeds from them, i don't know 1/2 of what the varity they are?
I did start pretty colorful sunflowers and zinnias. I love those zinnias " state fair " strain. So colorful 💐

Thanks. I have grown state fair and a variety of other tall ones from seed, but this year life got in the way and I couldn't start them knowing I'd have to leave for a few weeks. I bought plants from a local nursery and was assured they'd get at least 3 ft. Ended up Preciosa zinnias, 2 foot tall. Beautiful Flowers but not what I wanted. 🙁

And thanks for your well wishes with the weather. This afternoon our temps dropped 15 degrees and we've turned off the air. 🙂

Here we are July 1st autos are doing well for being in 1gal. pots. The tags i had written on got washed away during waterings so i don't know which strain is which LOL🫣 doesn't matter to me i just want to have some of my own homegrown. I do know what strains i grew i did write inside on a calender duhhh. I do have a purple pheno bud maybe it's one of the runtz crosses?? They get feed just about daily almost cause of the need to keep them hydrated. That's why they have alot of yellowing leaf it's a challange outside unless you set them in a pan with water so they can sip but i don't, i have to many to fiddle with that. They are being troopers during heat and have zero issues with bugs so far. 87f days and 55f nights just perfect. I only wish i'd of waited longer to set them out would of been a better yield.

Just some shots of the blooming Slurricanes they are filling out not looking half bad for being in 10gal pots. They look so much better in person and those blooming are stinkers 🦨 they don't smell too skunky but with the autos blooming too it's pretty whiffy😉😁 they got along ways to go. I've been giving them molasses 1xwk still giving alaska fish bloom every other watering. I have to let them go pretty dry after i feed them and water next cause i don't want to wash out the soil everytime i water. Weather is great, breezy. Blueberry season & cherries. My veggie garden looks great lots of green toms, sweet onions getting baseball size, beans are climbing the poles. Life is good✌️

They are so cute! 1 gallon pots? YOU are a trooper 'cause I'm sure they need lots more attention than the big pots.
Do you have more than 1 of each variety? I wonder if the smell could clue you into which are which?

I finally gave up on 4 photos in gallon pots I had left after planting the rest. They kept falling over, so I put them in the 'garden trash' pile. 🙁
I'm still not sure if I put another Purple Prozac in place of the male one. It happened to be one without a tag, but in shape and coloring it looks close, so....LOL
And it happened AGAIN! I gave my autos ferts and it rain an INCH the next night. Geesch.

You make me want to grow blueberries and elderberries. I did the cherry trees years ago, but wouldn't spray 'cause of the kids and worms were in most. I'd take my paring knife out, split them in half, gouge out the pit and worm, then eat it. Kids were horrified. LOL

I wish i could smell the differences and say that it's a strawberry shortcake x skunk or a runtz x also a red CBDxAK47 I've got 5 of those 2 runtz x ? and strawberry shortcake x skunk 2 of those so 9 altogether. I got no clue now. I've got ornimental lilies in my beds also they smell so good so it helps alittle to remove the weed smells. I can't wait for the blueberry muffins to bloom outdoors those are really sweet smelling.

Oh sister the u-pick berry patches are going crazy right now. I've only got 2 blueberry plants about 3yrs old they give me a handful a day but i buy an freeze them. And the marionberries, rasberries are all coming on gawwd i love those. We've got wild blackberry all over this town no spraying by the county allowed on those near neighborhoods. But i cut an sprayed them when i bought this place they were so overgrown and a friggin hog on all my garden areas. Me an my gal pals giggle when we see the plants forsale shit no way there all over wild.

Oh i've eaten my fair share of worm hole apples. LOL little kids are so funny about that stuff. Now folks tell kids not to drink from a water hose????

Mom and Dad had 20 acres of woods and the black raspberries grew thick. City folk moved next door and she had her kids gather the berries and then canned them. Couple weeks later opened the first jar and had a nice layer of worms on top. LOL Threw them all out.
I eat them out of the hedgerow surrounding our property. Hubby won't touch them in case there might be a worm. I just think it's a bonus. LOL

So i'm beginning to pull branches away from the center and doing some LST on lower branches tying them down. I'm opening up the centers of the 3 blueberry muffins and the WW x PK photos. It's supposed to climb into 100f + over the next 6 days uggh. I will have to move my autos & photos as i do not think they like those hot roots for 8hrs a day. Not good for humans either. I have a tinted polycarbonate roof on my patio 14x14 i'll drag them under that after 2:30pm. Here we go with wind and heat🥵 i sure hope we can hold onto our power grid. Please Mother Nature allow us not to have forest fires this summer cause they been devestanting here.

Lady you need to put wheels under those pots! Good luck with the beastly weather.
Sounds like you have a plan to keep the plants happy. After seeing Oldchucky's temp forcast I think they could survive anything.

I started cleaning out the early blooming/reveg plants (2) and my fingers got good and sticky. Couldn't resist licking them. LOL

I let them dry out pretty good before i literally drag the 15gal ones and the 10gal i can lift those but now i can't cause i LST an tied them down to the edges of the pot there wider now LOL sooooo i gotta drag those also. I got a good sturdy gorilla cart wagon but really i only need to drag them about 25ft or less i moved them closer last evening. The autos well those little buggers will be a 2min. job to move. Thanks for the concern, yes i get a " hitch" in my syatica lifting so i watch out do it slowly. Years ago at my old house me an my husband were painting one of our bathrooms we had wall hung toilets real old early 50's but man did they flush with power LOL anyhow, stupid me was holding it up to the wall while he bolted it back to the wall he was laying nearly under it. Well i could'nt hold it anymore an it pulled me oddly, my back made a huge " crack" sound and i screamed and dropped it on his hand and my back disc herniated an cracked. I was in so much pain and it was the day of our grandson's 10th birthday. I got xrayed about 2days later as i had to wait for swelling to decrease they said. I have a fractured vertebra and it took well over a year to get me sorta unafraid of lifting anything over 10lbs. No surgery just did'nt lift, twist but still worked after taking 2wks off . That was about 10yrs ago.

Wow! I know, all it takes is one wrong move. And it takes forever to heal. How did hubby's hand fare? 🫤
Every year I buy those big bags of potting soil at Sam's (you know, the MG ones) and always take half a second before lifting to be sure I've got the correct form.

20yrs. ago I was running up the stairs and slammed my foot down a little too hard. Popped the meniscus I think. Anyways, everyone said get it fixed and I didn't. Hobbled around for awhile and babied it alot. Took 10 years to heal, and it's still a little wobbly when I carry too much weight but it works almost like new. Altho' I do still favor it when I go up stairs. LOL

I found out about painters markers and haven't turned back. The paint stays on throughout the season. No more guessing games on my plants until they fruit. Ha

Your plants look great. Hopeful your weather stays nice.
