My current grow, is me being bored basically, trying to switch it up a little to break up the same ol same ol of it you know? So yeah, what I’m doing may seem wacky, because it is. It was the first time trying it, because why not. Common courtesy and respectful goes a long way. But some people just read things back to themselves thinking that if someone doesn’t agree fully, or has a counter point, they must be trashing them. That’s just ignorance to me. Be better. You a good person in my book.Ive been ridiculized here too before, one time I was right the other time I wasnt quite right but that still doesnt make it okay to treat people like idiots who know nothing. Anyway, I think that the people that has done that to me in specific has realized that there are better ways to argue about things, with respect, and I hope the people that did that to you if they are not the same have reconsidered their approach aswell. Telling you youre wrong and arguing respectfully is one thing, telling you youre wrong while making fun of you with a superiority complex is not a very good way to change people's minds.
Youre doing quite well I must say, even if it seems wacky. Also not every grow we have is perfect, I posted one in a cardboard indoor where I had my plants infected by fungus that came from root cubes, shit happens, I healed them before flower and still got decent buds. I also have in my main grow tent 4 2 month autos with 0 training. Yes is not intricate but I didnt wanna stress a 2 month strain specially since Im far from having the best lights in the market. Next run will be more impresive and cool to take pics about, toped photos, that will make for good photogenic plants in late flower, like my previous toped matanuska that I ran before my current autos. I also experimentes with 2 liter pots in the past and got plants similar to the ones you got in your cups, just a bit bigger and populated but not much more, but they barely take any space! Its not an impressive plant but is a space efficient plant. Thanks for the compliment, I feel the same about youMy current grow, is me being bored basically, trying to switch it up a little to break up the same ol same ol of it you know? Makes sense about leaving a fast flowering strain alone. No need to mess with. Not worth over topping and making an already small plant smaller. I’m actually growing in 8oz cups, solo cups. 1/2 gallon pots, and the largest pots I’m using this round is 3/4 gallon. I generally run 5 gallon pots, but I wanted to see what could be done with less. So I decided to prune the 3/4 gallon pots as low flyers, topped them to 16 mainlines, while all the plants in cups planted later caught up in height. They stretched more thank I would have liked, but I didn’t want to touch those, so I left them as single stalks. And that’s basically the run down of this grow, next grow, I’m going to regs, and cloning again. I don’t always like doing the same stuff over and over. 4 moms in 30 gallon totes and cloning.Youre doing quite well I must say, even if it seems wacky. Even in 2 gallon pots I have noticed that they tend to grow taller sativa like. I think its a good technique specially if you have a bunch of cheap seeds, but it would be ideal with clones and do SOG, a lot of small pots clumped together just for those colas.Makes sense about leaving a fast flowering strain alone. In the same study I read they flushed some for two weeks, some for one week and some none at all and had experts try each one and they all picked the plants that hadn't been flushed at all. This is a big "IF" but if this was a real study and you did no flush ,as long as your flowers had enough nutrients and MORE light they should gain in weight. Does that make any sense at all?I have taken all of the bigger fan leaves before to open up nodes, maybe a little more than most sometimes. it makes sense on its face, I would just have to look up some stuff on it. I actually let my plants cannabalize themselves the last 2 weeks. I may try something different this time though.
Ladies looking NICE BRO!¡!Red room, this side is definitely more temperamental. Saaaaight tho.
It does. The red room side is showing more seeds, I think that stress of moving them in there with rh tripped hermi, found a little more seeds popping. On the chunk bunker side everything is fine. I guess I shouldn’t have moved them…..I’ll have some seeds. So not all is lost.Ladies looking NICE BRO!¡!
Yeah, I agree forces the plant upwards, that why I planted everything so close to each other, I wanted to force them to keep from spawning extra stalks. So the nodes wouldn’t stretch away the plant and when it flowers just get a bunch 10 inch long colas.Even in 2 gallon pots I have noticed that they tend to grow taller sativa like. I'm thinking about trying on a couple that has high run off readings. They should be done in three weeks and I had to water tonight, just microbes and molasses and had a couple come back with a little over 1200ppm. I'm thinking that will carry them with nothing but phed waterings until the endIt does. That’s really interesting
I'm pretty satisfied with my first experience with led lights. Wish I could afford a better oneLooks about that yep.
If you’re in Mexico I got a SE3000 for yaI'm pretty satisfied with my first experience with led lights. Wish I could afford a better one
I feel you, Im working my way up slowly. Its a shame because I had everything I needed when I was growing prior to moving to this house, I sold all and gave away what I couldnt sell, but I was using HPS lights back then. Anyway now Im slowly trying to get back everything I had and try to get a decent LED panel. Started with leds with 2 75W bulbs (panels are way better than bulbs) and now I have two 130 LED panels, 85 euros each, Niello, a chinese brand, but they are so much better than the bulbs, still far from a relevant LED in the market.I'm pretty satisfied with my first experience with led lights. I also used HPS until 2018 at which time I had to stop and about gave away $3000 worth of equipment and started all over but I did get a medicgrow 1000 watt led and I'm pretty impressed with this cheaper light ($530) . I watched a led depot review of the light and all numbers were good. But someone on here chimed in and told me I bought a piece of trash . If I get a couple more grows out of it I will be satisfied.I feel you, Im working my way up slowly. EDIT: Still, Im very impressed with the quality of the buds, the yield was less less with the LED bulbs than when I had HPS cause I was using 600W in each tent but the buds are dense and I can swear the potency and the flavor aswell, must be the full spectrum that HPS bulbs lack. Lets see how my next run goes with two 130W panels.
I'm late in the game buddy. respect for guys that do it their own wayA few for today
Day 27 flower, backed off of the nitrogen a little too much, Sunday is feed day, so they’ll get a little extra hitch in the giddy up. Banner really is thirsty for it, the cali dream wants mag like crazy. The lsd is fine. This is one of the pitfalls of growing multiple strains at once, when you start getting to week five of flower, they all want something a little different. I got this tho. Hope everyone had a great day!
