Please help me save these!!!

I over watered. The one on the right is yellowing. I let them sit without water today. This was before work.

I did not water today and came home to this.

I gave the a very light mist watering with hope to get some moisture back to the leaves without causing any further yellowing.

Am I screwed? Or can these be saved?

1st pic before i left for work, the 2nd when I got home. I don't know how much is too much water. Yellowing means too much, but when I let up, they wilt. I will not know if that little bit helps for another 4 hours. :(

Could it be something else?

Yes, I misted the tops of the soil hoping that will bring them back... the tops looked like the top photo before I misted them.

I think it needs more than just misting, try soaking the pot if they're this dried out.

Ok, I will give them more water once their 6 hour night is up. Fingers crossed. The yellowing is concerning as well. Those posts are small, it's soooooo hard to judge the watering. Not enough room for a finger.

Personally I put my seedling in clear cups (and if you want put that into red solos) but Im not the most adept at growing weed lol. That way I can see the water level and the roots. But yeah id soak em and then let em dry out and repeat

If conditions worsens or doesn't seem to be getting any better, transplant them and it could save them.
You could go to a mid pot for this instead of final.

I've had this happen and transplant saved them every time.

Dig down the side of the pot to see if it's wet or dry. There won't be many roots out to the side yet. I'd be tempted to cut the side of the pot with scissors just to have a look.

I suspect those type of cups might evaporate water quickly. They look dry to me, too.

I tired those cups for some of my vegetables this year. I ditched them when I seen they grow mold on them, especially the bottoms where less air flow is.

I tried those years ago. Once was enough. I'm not sure what they're good for. They're supposed to compost to soil, I think, but it's slow going. I understand some folks recommend cutting or poking holes in them before putting them in soil. That worked okay for a tree I planted a few years ago.

How's temp and humidity been?

Temp has been around 79 Degrees F, humidity between 50 and 55%. Temp jumped to 81 for a short time today. The power went out yesterday and they were without a fan for a few hours while I was at work but it was during their lights out period. I cannot tell you if the tent reached high heat levels for those 4 or so hours.

I have a larger plant pot larger than the starter but still on the small side, maybe 3 times the size of those in the photo..... I should just put them in those once they come out of this a little.

Fresh soil can go a long way, that's why I suggested transplanting them if they don't seem to get any better but you can absolutely transplant them to a mid pot either way. I usually don't if there isn't an issue, just to save time and soil.

I would just completely cut them out of those pots when you transplant them so none of the pot ends up in the pot you transplant to.
I would use solo cups next time, it's what I always use. I clean mine so I can reuse them and if they break or I need to cut them out, they're cheap and easy to replace.
I seen others using clear solo cups so they can see root development but slide them inside a solid color cup to keep the roots in the dark, I decided to do that for this grow.

Just water when they look a little wilty, same as a glowrmin a pot, stop misting them, leave them be for the most part.

Looking a little better. The royal purple seems to be a hearty plant but the watermelon on the right seems very fragile. I am worried she will be high maintenance and difficult to keep happy. (Takes after me LMAO)

I did give them a good watering to get them here but I worry that the yellowing is going to continue from it.
